Detect defects such as foreign substances due to coating, remove only the defective parts, and cut only the good products into sheets.
Using a transmission-type defect detection device, we will label defects caused by foreign substances generated during coating, etc., with red tape and create a defect map. Additionally, we will cut sheets from rolls to flat plates, and a skilled operator will visually inspect for defects such as fish eyes, laminate spots, and patterns that cannot be detected by the defect detection machine. This allows us to remove only the defective parts and finish only the good products.
